Color painted waxed steel strapping

Color painted waxed steel strapping is produced after bluing process. Usually will paint a dense layer of environmentally friendly water-based paintwith,customers can choose different colors .After painting , it can increase the rustresistance and aesthetics of the steel strapping a lot. 

After painting, will coat a dense layerof environmentally friendly water-based wax in order to enhances the anti-rustability, the wax can reduce the friction and improve the lubrication performance.

Most widely used is black painted, with better corrosion resistance after painting and waxing.

There are 2 types of wounding, ribbon wound and oscillated wound.

Different industries and packaging equipment require different wound types.
